Allanson  International Inc. warrants to the purchaser that the ballasts and or transformers will be free of defects in material and workmanship. Should any properly installed ballast or transformer prove to be defective within two years from date of manufacture, Allanson will, at its option, repair or make available, a replacement.

 

The liability of the company to the purchaser shall not exceed the cost of supplying a replacement. The company is not liable for consequential damages.

 

The warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, whether written, oral or implied.
